My take on this episode -
Jimmy had a real tough time and hurt his soles really bad too.

Doug seems to enjoy himself better but had a swollen foot (again) for his final fight. He seems grossed out at the Silat display tho'. He had a very good fight even though he was hurt.

What is Pencak Silat?
There is no overall standard for Pencak Silat. Each style has its own particular movement patterns, specially designed techniques and tactical rationale. Jimmy getting hurt.
Actually Jimmy got hurt going through a pond barefooted and got his soles cut up. He had to balance himself on wood in the pond for better balance. He seems pretty pissed. This footage shows Jimmy going through physical exercise "torture".

Final fight
